With more than 1,200 of slopes Alta Badia and the entire ski area of the Dolomites are a true winter paradise, a winter paradise, formed 200 million years ago from the primordial sea. Once upon a time, in fact, the highest and most famous peaks of the Dolomites such as the Sella massif, the Marmolada glacier and the Civetta mountain were all atolls.
